I am working on a search for a Global Leader, Organizational Effectiveness/OD
reporting to the CHRO for a 3 billion dollar oil and gas equipment company
located in the southeast. The role requires significant experience in the
successful completion of OD interventions and organization change management.
This is a highly compensated opportunity for someone to build a global OD
function. The position will require up to 35% international travel.
